01 / Introduction
By using this website or asking 1st Choice Vocal Productions Ltd to carry out services, you accept these Terms of Service. They apply to visitors, prospective clients, and clients commissioning work.
The site is provided for general information about our Surrey podcast production services and the ways we may work together.
A project quote or written agreement can include scope, fees, milestones, delivery dates, and revision arrangements.
If a project document conflicts with these terms, the project document controls the work it specifically describes.
02 / Responsible use
Use the site lawfully and with respect for other people. Keep project instructions accurate and tell us promptly if your requirements change.
You must not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use site content to mislead another person. You must also avoid sending material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or infringing.
Information on this site is general information. It may change without notice and does not form a project quote unless we confirm that in writing.
Links to other websites are supplied for convenience. 1st Choice Vocal Productions Ltd does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
A clear brief helps the work move well.
Service bookings are confirmed through a quote, proposal, email approval, or separate agreement that identifies the work and price.
03 / Ownership
Your source material remains yours. The rights attached to our production work are set out below.
04 / Project delivery
The project agreement sets the commercial detail. These are the working principles behind it.
A deposit, milestone payment, or final balance may be required. Invoices are payable by the date shown on them.
Delivery dates depend on receiving source files, decisions, approvals, and feedback when agreed.
The agreed number of revision rounds is included in the project scope. Extra rounds or changes to the brief may be charged at the agreed rate.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, provided the affected party gives notice and resumes work when possible.
05 / Protection and law
We take reasonable care in providing the services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access, a particular audience response, or results that depend on platforms, distributors, algorithms, or third-party providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, our liability for a project is limited to the fees paid or payable for that project, except where the law requires otherwise.
You agree to protect 1st Choice Vocal Productions Ltd against reasonable losses, claims, and costs arising from material you supply where you did not have the necessary rights or where that material breaks the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
